About me
Aleksandra
Soliwoda-Mietiułka
psychologist, psychotherapist
I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist working in the cognitive behavioural approach (CBT). I am developing my competencies at the InterEgo School of Psychotherapy, and my work is regularly supervised.
I graduated in psychology from SWPS University. I also took part in classes at Laboratorium Psychoedukacji, where I studied the psychodynamic way of understanding a person, their emotions, relationships and inner conflicts.
I currently work as a school psychologist in a Polish secondary school. I accompany young people through emotional, relational and school difficulties, and I support their parents.

For parents
I offer consultations and psychoeducation for parents who want to understand their child's emotions and behaviour better, and to support them more effectively in everyday difficulties.
A first meeting can feel uncertain. You don't need to arrive with a finished story, or to know exactly how to name what you are going through.
I will help you begin the conversation, put the most important things in order, and look together at what is difficult for you right now. I will accompany you with attention, respect and acceptance — without judgement and without rush.
